Neighbor Lynn Bull helped Josiah’s grandmother try to do CPR on the little boy.
“Just to see a little boy hurt like that — it tears my nerves up,” said Bull through tears. “I walked into a 2-year-old laying on the floor with his grandmother trying to do CPR and his mama screaming, so I got down and helped.”
Because of the employee’s connection to the Sheriff’s Office, the State Law Enforcement Division has been called in to help with the investigation.
