New Republic for the United States

The year 1776 marked America’s victory in the war for independence.   The lawful right to re-inhabit is inherent in The Declaration of Independence circa 1776.  The Declaration, one of our founding documents, declares our right to change, alter or abolish any system of government that we believe is contrary to the safety and security of the American people.

In concern for all of humanity, “We the People” re-inhabited our lawful de jure (meaning “by right of legal establishment”) government on March 30, 2010, by serving notice on the de facto corporation, known as the “UNITED STATES”.   (USC 28 Section 3002, No. 15(a) “United States” means a Federal Corporation.)   The United States was incorporated February 21, 1871 (16 Stat. 419, Chap. 62, 41st Congress, 3rd Session), the purpose being “an Act to provide a Government for the District of Columbia, reorganized June 8th, 1878, (20 Stat. 102, Chapter 180, 45th Congress, 2nd Session) as “an Act providing a permanent form of government for the District of Columbia” aka US Inc.  Uniform Commercial Code, UCC9-307 (h) states “Location of United States.  The United States is located in the District of Columbia.  A lawful grand jury in each of the fifty republics created a new Declaration of Independence that was lawfully served on the corporate UNITED STATES informing them that the original de jure government was restored.   We have claimed our right to exist as a free and independent people on our land, thus exercising our God-given unalienable rights as defined in our Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

On July 21, 2010 “We the People” of the de jure government proclaimed worldwide and made our “Declaration of Sovereignty for the Republic for the united States of America” to The Hague (a.k.a. the International Court of Justice), the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and the United Nations (UN).  On September 23, 2010, the first session of congress was convened by the united free Republics of the re-inhabited united States of America.  The seating of the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of the Republic government were successfully established.  This was completed by more   than the required two-thirds majority vote of “We the People” on the land of the independent Republics.  Delegates from more than 42 free Republics (States) attended, and officers for all three branches of our government have been officially sworn into office, lawfully electing interim President James Timothy Turner and interim Vice President Charles Eugene Wright, along with other established cabinet members with a presiding majority vote of 94% approval.  Thus, the Republic government is officially re-inhabited and staffed for the first time since 1868 by the will of “We the People”.

The de facto UNITED STATES CORPORATION was unlawfully established by the forty-first congress in 1871 by deceptive means and without proper consent from “We the People”.  The American people were placed under involuntary servitude by a “Legal” system of laws that have continually violated the “Constitution for the united States of America”, “Bill of Rights” and the “Declaration of Independence”.  The corporate constitution was changed from the original form, wherein Amendments were unlawfully added and removed without the people’s consent.  Since 1871, the abuses of this corporation upon both the international community as well as the American people are inestimable and unconscionable.  De facto Congress has repeatedly violated their Oaths of Office, fiduciary responsibilities, and in many cases, committed treasonous acts against “We the People” of the united States of America and the world.

We humbly come forward apologizing for the numerous atrocities we have unknowingly allowed the U.S. CORPORATION to carry out upon the international community.   It is our mission to establish the American image of truth, honesty, integrity and honor around the world.  Our plan is to rebuild our economy and support other economies around the world, fulfilling humanitarian needs.  We will allow our military to withdraw from unnecessary conflicts around the world and promote world peace and prosperity.  We intend to follow God the Creator’s command to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, and care for the sick, irrespective of creed, religion or race.   There is no law against these things.

We are calling on the support of all Nations around the world to help us end the tyranny that has been perpetrated by the unlawful actions of the UNITED STATES corporate government.  We shall achieve this goal PEACEFULLY AND LAWFULLY, with boldness, integrity and truth, so help us God.

Iowa Republican joins shadow government

Iowa Republican defends ending run for state Senate, joining shadow government

By Published July 16, 2012

An Iowa Republican has caused a stir after ending her run for state legislature, and then becoming a “senator” for a de facto shadow government known as the Republic for the United States of America.

The former candidate, Randi Shannon, defended the bizarre decision in an interview with FoxNews.com on Monday, and did her best to explain her reasons for doing so.

“I am one of many people so disgusted with the options out there,” she said. “But the government we have has to go.”

Organizers say the Republic for the United States of America was the original government in this country, before it was replaced 225 years ago by the “de facto corporation known as the United States.”

Shannon told FoxNews.com the Republic is a bona-fide group, which appointed her to the temporary position of senator. She explained that the Republic was replaced in 1871 by a government given “carte blanche to fleece ‘We the people.’”

Though few may have ever heard of the Republic for the United States of America, the alternative government was revived by activists starting in 2010. Shannon said it now has representatives in all 50 states. However, it’s unclear what changes Republic leaders can make since they have no seats of power in a formally recognized government.

Shannon, a small-business owner, said she didn’t want to disrespect voters with her decision. Though she announced the career change Friday in a letter to supporters, she said she decided to quit the race well before becoming a state and U.S. senator for the “Republic” — the result of endless meetings inside the Iowa Capitol and on the campaign trail she says left her “frustrated” about the real possibility of fixing a broken government.

She cited the growing size of government — particularly “ObamaCare” — as one of the biggest and most recent intrusions by “big government” into the lives of her family members and other Americans.

“If they could just stop doing this, we’d all be fine,” Shannon said. “All I want is a private life, but they won’t let us do that.”

Shannon, though, said she was surprised by the media attention — particularly on liberal blogs — to her decision.

“I didn’t expect this firestorm,” she told FoxNews.com. “I’m just a normal person who wants to raise her kids. I’m not a limelight person.”

In her letter Friday, the Libertarian-minded Shannon thanked Ron Paul enthusiasts and other supporters for her state Senate run and vowed as a Republic senator to help eliminate the Education Department and put an end to undeclared wars.

Praise the Lord!!! Funding reinstated for Sea Grant Consortium

Someone help me out, what the hell is the Sea Grant Consortium and why should I have to pay for it?

Recently Gov. Nikki Haley of South Carolina vetoed certain budget items that had been approved by the legislature, among them are …..

$10 million allocated to school districts to help boost teachers’ salaries.

money for a North Myrtle Beach museum

preserving African-American history sites in Charleston

preserving the nation’s first community of freed slaves in Beaufort County.

But that’s  not what burns my ass, what does burn it is this….

House votes to override governor’s arts funding veto

COLUMBIA, S.C. -

The South Carolina House has voted overwhelmingly to override Gov. Nikki Haley’s vetoes that wiped out the state Arts Commission.

The 110-5 vote on Tuesday would restore $1.9 million for the agency’s operations. It was the first vote of the day. A later vote of 89-25 restores $500,000 for the commission’s grant money.

The other agency eliminated by Haley’s vetoes was the Sea Grant Consortium. The House voted 102-10 to restore that agency’s $428,000.

The arts should not be funded with public money it should be funded by private money, that includes both State and Federal levels. – Phoebe

COPS: 40 kids ‘flash rob’ Oregon store…

‘Flash rob’ targets Troutdale Albertsons

TROUTDALE — A flash mob targeted a Troutdale store last weekend and investigators are trying to identify the suspects.

Investigators said as many as 40 kids entered the Albertsons store at 25691 SE Stark Street at the same time late Saturday night and started stealing things.

Raw video: Flash robbery

Security officers chased the thieves out, but no one was captured. They also left employees pretty shaken up, including one woman who was in tears after getting terrorized by the robbers.

Investigators have not said exactly how many items were taken.

“Basically it looks like they went in, just to cause chaos, which they accomplished,” said Sgt. Steve Bevens with the Troutdale Police Department.

Investigators believe the suspects ranged in age from 13 to 15. They could be seen on surveillance video, roaming from aisle to aisle.

Customers said the store employees were overwhelmed and outnumbered.

“They [thieves] were bragging and laughing about how much stuff they stole and what they did in the store,” one witness told KGW.

If caught, the suspects could face several charges including rioting, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

This was one of several flash mob-style robberies being investigated in the Portland Metro area over past months.

Saturday night flash mob takes over Jacksonville Wal-Mart

Posted: July 17, 2012 – 10:37am  By Dan Scanlan

A huge Saturday night house party broken up by police in a North Jacksonville subdivision ended with one man shot in the leg as he and hundreds of other partygoers fled the officers’ arrival.

But the party didn’t stop at the home in the 12000 block of Sampson Road, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Hundreds of its teenage partyers ignited a flash mob about 90 minutes later at the Wal-Mart Supercenter at 12100 Lem Turner Road. They took over the produce section and caused havoc that was recorded and posted on YouTube.

Officers were called just before 10 p.m. on a report of a “large house party,” calling in more units to provide crowd and traffic control, according to the police report. As police were clearing the scene, an officer was alerted to a gunshot victim at Shands Jacksonville who had been shot in the right leg as he was leaving the party.

The 20-year-old Lem Turner Road resident told police he heard several gunshots as he reached Sampson and Percy roads, so he started running. He stumbled and fell, which is when he realized he had been shot. He said he didn’t see a gun or anyone who could have shot him since “the crowd of people was so large,” according to the report.

Officers at the scene as well as residents who live nearby didn’t report hearing any shots.

Several hundred people who left the “massive house party” moved on to the Wal-Mart about 11:20 p.m., and more shots were fired there, according to a second police report. Officers dispatched to the store found out that it had been mobbed, with produce being thrown.

Most of the crowd appeared to be teens on the YouTube video. The flash mob only lasts about three minutes on YouTube, but apparently lasted longer as people are seen riding in shopping carts, throwing items and mugging for the camera.

No identifiable Walmart employee is seen intervening during the video, which ends with at least one person yelling “Hey, let’s go to Wendy’s” in the parking lot.

Gunshots were apparently fired into the air outside the store, but no cars or people were hit, according to the police report.

A store security scanner at the front door was damaged.
